Victor Alvarez received a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management with emphasis in sales an marketing from Ryerson University, Toronto. Upon graduation he spent the early part of his career working with three leading Toronto’s organizations in corporate purchasing, sales, marketing, and business development. It was while working with these elite organizations that Victor fine-tuned the art of world-class service – a skill he has transferred to the real estate world. Victor’s first-hand experience as Corporate Purchaser helped him develop expert negotiation skills, and genuine desire to strive for the best possible outcome for every client.
Asked what keeps him motivated every day, Victor says he simply enjoys the day to day challenges, every day is different, and everybody needs something different depending on their needs and lifestyles - I take the time to listen to people to really understand what they are actually looking for, and then it is much easier to guide them to the proper neighbourhood and focus on finding the right home for them!
